Congratulations to the Lower Fourth group who have just completed their Food module. Every single student achieved a level 4 or 5, and in fact would have scored higher at GCSE level! An outstanding performance from the class! The winning chefs were Cloe Mead for her Apple pie with her own pastry and butterscotch sauce, and Zak Andrews for his Chicken, mushroom and leek plait with his own puff pastry and roux sauce to coat the chicken! A good term's work!
