Thursday evenings 6.30pm to 8.00pm
Weekly sessions are free for Sidcot School students with an annual charge of £25 to contribute towards costs.
Life Saving training consists of theory and practical, some in and some out of the pool. You will learn about water safety, how to save lives, first aid, CPR, defibrillator use plus more. Skills are examined periodically, working towards the RLSS bronze, silver or gold. The award booklet costs £30 and covers all three awards.
