June is Pride Month. A month dedicated to celebrating LGBTQIA+ communities across the world.
As a Quaker school, equality and social justice are a fundamental part of school life. Showing empathy, understanding and celebrating difference is part of what makes Sidcot special. During Pride Month our students will explore the history of the LGBTQIA+ movement, learn about influential LGBTQIA+ people and join together to raise awareness of issues affecting the LGBTQIA+ community.
