MfW Table Unveiling
There was a very uplifting feel about the Meeting House during Meeting for Worship last Friday. Cameron Fisher presented the meeting with an ash and walnut table that he had designed and constructed as part of his Product Design AS qualification.
The table, commissioned by Iain Kilpatrick and designed in consultation with the Quaker Elders, was inspired by Shaker furniture, known for its simplicity and quality. The design incorporates the Quaker 'Q' and a representation of the four Sidcot houses, North South East and West.
