Wellington Age Group Fencing Competition
Sidcot Fencing Club students joined other students from Sidcot and Churchill and entered the Wellington age group fencing competition on Sunday.
Tom Bradley (18) fenced in the mens' u18 epee. Fencing well in the pool's and working his way through the D.E's to reach the final. This was a tough match against an experienced British ranked fencer, he gained a well deserved silver.
Betsy Mak (16) fenced in the womens' u18 sabre. She fenced well throughout coming first.
Hamish Lam (16) fenced in the mens' u16 foil and epee. He fenced well coming 5th in both events.
