From the Geography Department
The Year 9's have recently been studying fair trade as part of Fair Trade Fortnight. They have been producing a board game that will educate youngsters about fair trade.
Clair Curtis-Dyke also visited Sidcot school this week. As an experienced examiner Clair gave the AS-Level geographers some good exam advice on how to maximise their marks in the summer exams.
We are now a members of the Royal Geographical Society. The students can sign into their website for extra resources and online lectures using the membership details posted on Firefly.
Finally, there will be three field trips in the Summer Term plus our trip to Iceland. There will be information placed onto Firefly in due course.
