Twenty-six Sidcot students sat the Senior Maths Challenge along with around 600,000 students around the UK. We had a great set of results, with half of the group receiving a certificate of some form and five awarded a Gold certificate which requires reaching the top 10% of results nationally. This includes one invitation to the British Mathematical Olympiad for Lifeng Qian, putting him in the top 1000 students in the UK.
The five students have also been invited to a follow-on round which will take place on Friday 29 November – good luck to all of you!
