Moving to secondary school is an exciting and challenging time for children. That is why we host a Year 7 (Third Form) Taster Day to help prospective students get a real flavour of life at our independent senior school. Join us this March to sample a range of lessons, take part in fun activities, enjoy a delicious school lunch, meet current students and spend time with our Head of Year 7, Rosie Sisson.
While this is a 'drop-off' event, we welcome parents to join us for a tour of the School before collecting their child if they so wish.
*This event is open to all students considering Year 7 at Sidcot for September 2025 who did not attend our Third Form Taster Evening in November.

Sidcot School is situated in the beautiful Somerset countryside in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the South West of England. It is only 15 miles from Bristol and within one hour’s commute from Bath. It is easily accessible via the M5 Junction 21 and also just a short drive away from Bristol Airport, making travel to and from Europe simple.
